I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel. The location and views were stunning, which truly enhanced my overall experience. However, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of my room and some outdated furnishings, which really didn't meet the standards I expected. The friendly staff definitely stood out, helping me feel welcome, but there were times when service could have been improved.

I stayed in a junior suite with a panoramic Bosphorus view, and while the view was very nice, the room itself left much to be desired. The decor felt outdated, and there were stains on the carpets, which detracted from the luxury feel. On one occasion, I noticed the curtains had wear and tear, which was disappointing for the price I paid.

I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. However, I did encounter a few hiccups with requests not being met as promptly as I would have liked. It did seem as though they were quite busy but still maintained a positive attitude throughout my stay.
